Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel OT Assistant for a SNF assignment in Missouri. The role requires active Missouri licensure, at least 1 year OTA experience, and LTC or rehab background.

Travel status with 40 hours/week, 8-hour day shifts, from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026, with potential float rotations and supervision by a licensed OT. Responsibilities include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, progress documentation in EMR, and collaboration with the supervising

Qualifikationen

Active State Licensure in Missouri.
Minimum 1 year OTA experience.
Long Term Care or Rehabilitation experience.
COTA license is required; NBCOT/AOTA compliance expected.

Aufgaben

ADL retraining and therapeutic activities and exercises.
Administer modalities and use of supportive devices as prescribed.
Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising OT.
Document in electronic systems; participate in meetings.
Support students under supervision; comply with NBCOT/AOTA standards.
