Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Modesto, California. The OT will perform client evaluations, develop and provide occupational therapy services, and document services per the plan of care for each patient.

Requirements include CA OT licensure, graduation from an accredited OT program, and at least 18 years of age with compliance to health and regulatory standards. Travel benefits and weekly pay accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current OT licensure in CA.
• Graduate of accredited OT program.
• 1 year OT experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate as per contract/state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
