Job summary

Amergis is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Modesto, CA. You will conduct client evaluations, develop and deliver OT services, and document care in line with the plan of care for each patient.

Requirements include an active OT license in the state, graduation from an accredited OT program, CPR if applicable, and readiness to comply with health and regulatory standards. Position offers travel opportunities and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
