Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel Surgical Technician for a Cedar Rapids, Iowa assignment. The role supports orthopedic, total joint, and general surgery in a rotating 10-hour shift schedule, with 40 hours per week.

Experience with Mako and Rosa robotics is required or strongly preferred, DaVinci robotics a plus. The ideal candidate holds NBSTSA CST certification and BLS, has at least 36 months of CST experience, and is not a first-time traveler.

Qualifications

• NBSTSA CST certificate required
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Min. 36 months CST/Surgical Technician experience
• Proficient orthopedic experience including total joints
• Experience with Mako and/or Rosa robotics; DaVinci experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support orthopedic, total joint, and general surgery procedures in a rotating 10-hour shift
• Maintain proficiency with robotics platforms (Mako/Rosa; DaVinci preferred)
• Participate in call coverage including one night per week and up to one weekend per month
