Job summary

The Cross Country Nurses travel position in Portland, Maine seeks a Surgical Technician to support operating room procedures in a busy Level One Trauma Center. You will assist with general surgery cases and robotics, with a 40-hour work week on 10-hour day shifts.

Requirements include CST certification, a minimum of 2 years' experience (including level one trauma) and prior travel experience. Travel pay and housing options are provided by Cross Country Nurses.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience, including Level One Trauma Center experience; prior travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting general surgery procedures, robotics, pediatric, burn, trauma, Whipple, and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy procedures.
• Competency with robotic systems is required.
