Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Des Moines, IA. The job runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, starting soon.

The OR role requires 24 months of current OR experience, circulating or scrubbing, EPIC proficiency, and Iowa or multistate licensure. You’ll work across multiple service lines in a Level I environment, with robotics, trauma, and complex cases.

Qualifications

• 24 months of current operating room experience.
• Circulating or scrubbing experience required.
• Experience with Da Vinci robotics and Stealth navigation preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience within last 3 years required.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical support across multiple service lines.
• Float between campuses and cover holidays.
• Assist with robotics, trauma, and complex cases.
• Adhere to safety and sterile technique standards.
