Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Montgomery, AL. The role involves supporting perioperative care, preparing the OR, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficiency.

The position requires OR RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS. A strong team player with excellent communication will thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room and equipment for each procedure.
• Assists in patient positioning and maintaining sterility.
• Documents perioperative care and handoffs to the next team.
• Maintains infection control and safety protocols throughout procedures.
• Collaborates with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
