MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Canton, Mississippi. The assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour day shift and travel benefits.

Responsibilities include direct perioperative patient care, circulating and scrub roles as needed, and collaboration with the surgical team. Requires RN license, 18 months OR experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• 18 months of recent experience in Acute Care Surgery or OR setting.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Serve as circulating and/or scrub nurse as needed in the OR.
• Assist with instrument handling and sterile field management.
• Educate patients and coordinate perioperative care.
