Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Tucson, Arizona. The position involves perioperative nursing care in a large Level I Trauma center, focusing on trauma and surgical procedures.

Start date is 11/02/2026 with a 13-week duration and 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating in the OR, with a schedule of 10-hour days and trauma call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an OR RN and prior travel experience in acute care or surgical settings.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate duties within the operating room.
• Provide perioperative nursing care for trauma and surgical cases in a high-volume Level I Trauma center.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following hospital policies and nursing standards.
