Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel OR RN for a 13-week assignment in Miami, FL. The role involves perioperative patient care, room preparation, and collaboration with the surgical team in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires an OR RN with at least one year of recent experience, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification. ACLS/PALS or CNOR are preferred qualifications that may be considered.

Qualifications

• One year of recent OR RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with instruments and sterile supplies.
• Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols.
• Monitor patient condition during surgery and document changes.
• Assist in patient positioning and assist with procedures as needed.
• Document all aspects of perioperative care and hand off appropriately.
