Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Lone Tree, Colorado. The position is 13 weeks long, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts. The nurse may serve as circulating, scrub, or RN first assistant, and travel requirements are included.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years acute care experience as circulating or scrub nurse, ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications, and is prepared for immediate travel in Lone Tree, CO.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting adverse reactions.
• Serve as liaison between patients' families and operating team.
• Ensure correct procedure is performed on the correct patient.
• Initiate patient education on medications and home care needs.
