Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel assignment in Lone Tree, Colorado. The role requires 18 months of acute care OR experience, an active RN license, and a nursing degree. BLS/ACLS certifications are required, with travel benefits and housing options available.

The OR RN will perform perioperative duties, act as educator and circulating/scrub nurse as needed, and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process.

Qualifications

• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide operating room nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
• Serve as circulating and/or scrub nurse as needed.
• Assist in preparing instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients and families about perioperative care.
