Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Operating Room travel nurse (RN OR) for a travel assignment in Lone Tree, Colorado. The role involves assisting surgeons, circulating and potentially scrub duties, with pre- and post-operative patient care and education.

Must have 1-2 years acute care experience as circulating/scrub nurse, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Expect 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week, travel benefits included, and a tax-free stipend may apply.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse, scrub nurse, and potentially RN first assistant.
• Travel assignment in Lone Tree, CO with 10-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Administer and record prescribed medications; report adverse reactions.
• Communicate with patients' families and operating team.
• Ensure correct procedure is performed on the patient.
