Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Operating Room in Kansas City, Missouri. The assignment is 13 weeks long with 36 hours per week, typically on 12-hour day shifts.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of OR RN experience, BLS at minimum, and be eligible for KS/MO licensure (or a compact license). Travel experience and CNOR/ACLS are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years RN experience in OR is required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Active RN licensure in Kansas and Missouri or a compact license at submission is required.
• BLS certification is required; ABLS/CNOR/ACLS and NIHSS are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the OR for surgical procedures and ensure sterility.
• Monitor patient during anesthesia and assist the team as needed.
• Assist with equipment setup, instrument handling, and specimen labeling.
• Provide post-operative care and document findings according to protocol.

Other Requirements: - One weekend on-call every six weeks and one night per week. - Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed. - Home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility.
