Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Operating Room travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role entails 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts, working as circulating, scrub, or RN first assistant as needed.

Start date is 10/26/2026, with immediate openings for qualified OR RNs. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of acute care experience in the OR setting and hold BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse.
• Potentially RN first assistant experience may be required.
• BLS certification is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and staff in caring for surgical patients and provide pre- and post-surgery education.
• Serve as liaison between patient/family and operating team.
• Prepare and handle instruments, monitor patient during surgery, and address complications.
• Ensure correct procedures are performed and manage post-operative care instructions.
