American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN - Operating Room in Florence, South Carolina. The role requires an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of OR experience, with a 13-week assignment and 40 hours per week on a 10-hour day shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• At least 1 year of Operating Room RN experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• ASAP start; 13-week contract; 40 hours per week; 10-hour days.

Responsibilities

• Work in the hospital Operating Room (OR) environment.
• Flexible assignment across multiple service lines including General, Neuro, Ortho, and Robotics.
• Shift is from 06:30 to 17:00.
• Participation in assigned call is required.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures and prep the operating room.
• Assume duties both within and outside the sterile field as assigned.
• Complete Safe Surgery checklist verifications and record all care information.
• Delegate, supervise, and evaluate activities of other team members.
• Participate in efficient departmental operations and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Act as communication liaison to family and OR team members.
• Pursue on-the-job growth and participate in educational offerings.
