Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Springfield, Massachusetts. Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS, PALS, ENPC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with instruments and sterile supplies for each procedure.
• Assist in patient positioning for surgery and ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain a sterile field and follow infection control protocols throughout procedures.
• Assist in supplying instruments and turnover between cases to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Document perioperative patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safety and compliance with policies.
