Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Operating Room travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Hermiston, Oregon. The RN will work a 40-hour week, performing circulating, scrub, or RN first assistant duties as needed in the OR.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience as a circulating or scrub nurse, with ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants should be prepared for travel.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-surgery care and education to patients.
• Coordinate with operating room team; ensure patient safety and accuracy of procedures.
