Job Summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN specializing in Spine & Total Joint procedures for a 13‑week travel assignment in Lone Tree, Colorado. Minimum 1 year of OR experience and an active CO or compact RN license required.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: Jun 15, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hrs per week (10‑hour days, Monday‑Friday 7:00‑5:00)
• Shift: Day shift (4×10 hrs)
• On‑call: Saturdays & Sundays on‑call only; night call Monday‑Friday 5:00‑11:00 (no overnight). 30‑minute on‑call response time.
• 80 OR rooms daily across 3 ORs for Spine & Joint and 4 ORs for International Hip Preservation Center.
• Typical procedures: spine fusions, ALIFs, other spine cases, total joint replacements.
• EMR: Meditech/CPN; Meditech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CO or compact RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted; certificates must not expire within first 30 days of assignment).
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute‑care hospital OR experience.
• Spine and joint OR experience required; joint scrub experience preferred.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within past 12 months.
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration.
• One professional reference required.

Eligibility

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not eligible.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility valued.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in area of placement for this HCA facility.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hrs per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
