Unit Information: Spine & Total Joint / (702)

Number of Beds – 3 OR’s for Spine and Joint

9 for Spine and Joint and 4 for our International Hip Preservation Center

• Number of Staff – 60
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – one Charge RN, one Unit Secretary, we staff 8-11 rooms on a daily basis. Mon-Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are call only.
  • Night Shift - Night call is from 5P – 11P, Monday thru Friday, No overnight required.
• EMR - Meditech / CPN

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current hospital OR experience
• BLS and ACLS
• Spine and Joint experience is required

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Joint Scrub experience
• Prior Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Spine fusions, ALIFS and all spine cases
• Total joint replacement

30-minute response time for on-call
