Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Operating Room Nurse for scrub and/or circulating duties in Springfield, MA. Travel assignment, 36 hours per week, pay $2,602 per week. The RN reports to the Nurse Manager and works under supervision in the operative suites assigned.

Requirements include current MA RN licensure, current BLS, and recent OR experience preferred. Health certificate and PPD/Chest X-Ray may be required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which he/she practices
• Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room clinical experience in an acute care hospital within the last three years preferred
• Current BLS card
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scrubbing and/or circulating duties for operative procedures
• Department admissions to the operative suite
• Supervised by the RN in the operating rooms to which he/she is assigned
