Job summary

GLC On-The-Go is seeking a Travel First Assist Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Naples, Florida. The role is 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift (06:30–17:00) with call coverage evenings and weekends, and requires certification as a First Assist or Surgical Assistant.

You will assist in the operating room, support the surgical team, and float between campuses as needed to meet patient care demands.

Qualifications

• Certification as a First Assist or Surgical Assistant (BLS required).
• Experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
• Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) will also be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures as a Certified First Assist or Certified Surgical Assist.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations in the operating room.
• Provide support to the surgical team, including preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment.
• Float between campuses as needed to meet patient care demands.
