The role requires strong orthopedic experience, sterile processing expertise, and proficiency with surgical standards and practices.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Start times are typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with potential start times of 6:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 9:00 a.m., depending on scheduled cases.
• Assignment: 13 weeks, from 11/16/2026 through 02/13/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license; graduation from a certified surgical technologist program or related field; associate degree or certificate; minimum of 2 years of experience; strong orthopedic experience; demonstrated sterile processing experience.
• Additional Information: The role involves preparing and handling standard surgical supplies and instruments, supporting operating room procedures, and following established surgical standards and practices. On-call responsibilities include 12 weekday assignments per week from the end of the shift until 7:00 a.m. the following day, as well as every fourth weekend from Friday through 7:00 a.m. Monday. Holiday on-call coverage is required, and holiday shifts are not scheduled. Scrub attire is provided.
