Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse performing duties in a rural healthcare facility on day shifts. This role involves circulating and recovering patients in a surgical setting, with specific experience required in endoscopy procedures. The position offers an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment on a short-term assignment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027
• Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of clinical experience as an OR Nurse, current licensure in a valid state (compact license preferred), and certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic; background in community hospital, LTAC, or trauma level I/II facilities is a plus; proficiency in endoscopy procedures and equipment
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience in ambulatory surgery, appendectomy, cardiac monitoring, colonoscopy, elective surgeries such as hernia repair, total joint replacement, and VATS. Flexibility to work 2 days a week on call, including holidays and weekends, is required. Proper response regarding prior employment at a Providence facility is necessary during submission. Two recent references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) are required prior to start.
