Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Registered Nurse will provide exceptional patient care in an oncology unit, catering to a diverse patient population with varying medical needs.

Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. This 13-week contract covers 36 hours per week with a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in oncology.
• Active NJ or Compact RN license required.
• BLS and chemotherapy certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Previous charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion processes.
• Monitor and address side effects of chemotherapy.
• Float to other units within skillset as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
