Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel RN Oncology for a 13-week assignment in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The nurse will provide specialized care to oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration, telemetry monitoring, and patient education while maintaining a 1:4-5+ patient ratio.

Schedule is 3x12-hour nights (19:00-07:30) with every other weekend required; travel benefits apply and local rates may vary. This position requires NJ/Compact RN licensure and CHEMO/ACLS/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of nursing experience in oncology.
• Active NJ or Compact nursing license required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CHEMO (ONS/ONCC), NIHSS.
• Telemetry experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for oncology patients, including administration of chemotherapy and blood products.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Float to different units as required.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
