Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a travel Oncology RN for Rapid City, SD. The role is a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, 10-hour daytime shifts. Outpatient clinic setting; Epic Ambulatory experience is required. Must have oncology experience and current nursing licensure, with BLS and ONS certifications as specified.

The unit supports hematology/medical oncology patients with CA care; travel staff enjoy weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities to extend assignments based on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years of nursing experience required; 1 year in Oncology preferred.
• Must have completed at least one 13-week assignment.
• BLS required.
• ONS required – added 10/29/25.

Responsibilities

• Room patients; perform VS, ROS, medication reconciliation.
• Process orders; prepare patients for infusions and communicate orders.
• Set up procedures; review referrals and chart checks.
