Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• OCN, BLS, ACLS certifications preferred.
• Multi-state or compact licensure encouraged.
• Experience with chemotherapy/biotherapy protocols and infusion pumps.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy per oncology protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects.
• Manage central lines, IV access, and infusion pumps safely.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and care teams; document in EMR.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in all settings.
• Adapt to new hospital/clinic environments as a travel nurse.
• Advocate for patients’ physical and emotional needs during cancer care.
