Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Eugene, Oregon. The OT will evaluate clients, develop and deliver therapy, and document care in line with each patient’s plan of care.

Minimum requirements include state licensure as an OT, graduation from an accredited OT program, and CPR if required. The role offers weekly pay of $3,022 and benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• One year of OT experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Responsibilities

• Perform client evaluations.
• Develop and provide occupational therapy services.
• Document services in accordance with the plan of care for each patient.
