MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Lakeview, Oregon. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering OT services across a 13-week, 40-hour week schedule with day shifts.

Requirements include a Master's in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT, active state OT license, CPR, and at least one year of clinical experience. Travel benefits and comprehensive credentialing support are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification required.
• Minimum one year of professional OT experience.
• Current or in-process licensure as an OT in the relevant state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity.
• Develop a care plan for OT patients and deliver skilled interventions.
• Collaborate with disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
