Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate patients and develop care plans aimed at improving daily living skills in an acute care setting. You will assess medical history, observe tasks, and tailor interventions to individual needs.

The role requires NBCOT-OTR certification, state OT licensure, and BLS, with 6 months of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Travel duties may involve 8-hour days and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
