Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a Travel Occupational Therapist to provide geriatric therapy in SNF, assisted living, and independent living facilities. Expect 30 hours per week on a Monday–Friday schedule with 6–8 hour days and a focus on high-quality patient care.

The assignment covers documentation, collaboration with facility staff, credentialing and licensing handled by the agency, and housing stipends.

Qualifications
