Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a productivity standard of 85% and a 36-hour weekly guarantee, Monday through Friday 8am–5pm. Some support may be offered virtually to assist patient care and assessments.

You’ll deliver OT services, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team. The position includes housing, licensing support, malpractice coverage, and a full benefits package
