Qualifications

• Requires 6+ months OT experience (1 year preferred).
• BLS certification required.
• NBCOT-OTR certification required.
• Active state OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress.
• Assist patients with daily tasks and ADLs.
• Evaluate home and workplace environments for safety and equipment needs.
• Educate families and employers on care and safety.
• Instruct on equipment use and proper techniques.
