Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Hondo, Texas. The OT will evaluate patients with cognitive/ADL deficits, develop care plans, and apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities include screening, developing treatment plans, providing skilled therapies, and contributing to multidisciplinary team goals. The contract runs for 13 weeks starting 10/12/2026 with 40 hours per week, days shift.

Qualifications

• OT licensed in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience; new grads with Level II acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate OT patients in SNF settings.
• Develop plans of care using standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions.
• Assist in supervising therapy assistants and students.
