Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF role in Haskell, Texas. The OT will implement specialized therapy plans, teach activities of daily living, and document patient progress while supporting caregivers and preparing treatment areas.

The position requires 2+ years OTA experience in LTC, a Texas or compact license, and DOR experience. It is a travel assignment with 40 hours weekly, dayshift, for 13 weeks, in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years OTA experience in LTC settings.
• Texas or compact license.
• Direct observation and remediation (DOR) experience.
