Job description

Role: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) providing therapy services in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating patients' medical history and current condition.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with specific goals.
• Assisting patients in improving daily living skills and performing tasks.
• Assessing patients' home or workplace environments for potential improvements.
• Educating families and employers on care and accommodation strategies.
• Recommending and instructing on the use of specialized equipment.
• Documenting patient progress, activities, and evaluations accurately and timely.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (new grads encouraged).
• Current NBCOT-OTR certification and state-specific licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
