Qualifications

• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, internships accepted.
• CHT preferred.
• Experience with dry needling, pediatrics, neuro, or lymphedema preferred.
• Skilled in evaluation, treatment planning, re-evaluation, and manual therapy.
• License required if applicable.
• Two professional references required, one from a supervisor and one from a peer or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient occupational therapy setting at a Level 2 trauma facility.
• Treat 9 to 12 patients daily.
• General outpatient orthopedics caseload with preference for pediatrics or hand therapy specialization.
• Some staff specialize in pediatrics only, hand therapy, neuro, or lymphedema.
• Supported by appointment coordinators/rehab aides handling front and back-end services.
• Cerner EMR currently used, transitioning to Epic.

• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
• Previous Marshfield employees must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission
• Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local
