• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 40 beds
• General patient population including stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, and debility cases
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend coverage required once a month
• EPIC and Rehab Connect EHR systems used

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or inpatient rehab hospital preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Additional Information

• Provide individualized rehabilitation care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Work within a comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation program
• Collaborate as part of a cooperative, team-oriented care team
• Black scrubs required
• Report time between 7:30-8:00 AM
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates must not be employed elsewhere full-time
• Permanent residence must be more than 60 miles from the facility
