Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Imperial in Naples seeks a Travel Occupational Therapist through Step Up Rehab. You will provide skilled OT in the dedicated therapy gym of the skilled nursing facility, completing 13-week assignments statewide while enjoying full-time Step Up Rehab benefits.

Responsibilities include developing creative, individualized treatment plans and helping residents regain independence, confidence, and autonomy in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Florida OT license or eligibility.
• Strong creativity, clinical reasoning, and communication.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy to maximize independence and daily function.
• Complete 13-week travel assignments at our partner facilities.
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans.
• Support residents in regaining confidence and autonomy.
