Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Lake City is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services across 13-week assignments at partner facilities in Florida. You will develop creative treatment plans and support residents to regain independence, within a supportive team and modern facilities.

Holders of a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with an active Florida OT license (or eligibility) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Florida OT license or eligibility is required.
• Strong creativity, clinical reasoning, and communication are essential.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy to maximize independence and daily function.
• Complete 13-week travel assignments at partner facilities.
