Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mountain View, CA, working 30 hours per week across 6-hour shifts. Immediate opening in an acute care setting requires NBCOT-OTR certification and state licensure; new grads considered with appropriate background.

As an OT, you will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, educate families and employers, and ensure proper documentation while coordinating care with physicians and other health

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum OT experience; new grads welcome.
• BLS and NBCOT-OTR with state licensing.
• Acute care setting experience preferred.
• Travel position in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and observe tasks.
• Evaluate a patient’s condition and needs.
• Develop a treatment plan with specific goals and activities.
• Educate family and employer on how to accommodate and care for the patient.
• Provide timely documentation per state and insurance guidelines.
