Role:

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients in acute care settings.

Key Duties:

Review medical histories, assess patient needs, create personalized care plans, assist patients in performing daily tasks, evaluate and improve home or workplace environments, educate families and employers, recommend equipment, document progress, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 6 months experience (new grads encouraged), current NBCOT-OTR certification, state licensure, BLS certification, strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology, ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.
