American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health role serving the Rhinelander area. The OT will work with geriatric patients, covering a 60-mile radius from the hub office and following a 5x8 schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Requirements include a current OT license, 1+ year Home Health experience, OASIS and HCHB EMR proficiency, and BLS. On-call duties apply every 3–4 weekends; iPad is provided for documentation, and mileage is reimbursed.

• BLS certification required

Responsabilités

• Territory covers Rhinelander, between Rhinelander and Arbor View
• Day shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day
• On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
• Territory spans up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
• iPad provided for documentation, cell phone not provided
• First-time travelers will be considered for this role
• Must be flexible with territory assignments as needed
• Timely documentation and communication with the care team required
• Scrubs required in any color, jeans not permitted
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Local candidates accepted and eligible for travel rate
