Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists

• Perform splint follow-ups and assistive device evaluation as part of rehabilitation plans
• Develop and implement patient-specific OT treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Document patient progress accurately in medical records
• Mentor and train staff on technical skills as appropriate; collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hospital setting with a 40-hour weekly schedule
• Capacity to work under supervision of licensed occupational therapists

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience or comfort with multidisciplinary teams and diverse patient populations is preferred
