BrightStar Care Maple Grove & Andover is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a caring team providing in-home OT services. The OT will assess, evaluate, and develop care plans while serving clients in their homes within our territory (St. Cloud area).

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as occupational therapist.
• Valid driver license and CPR.
• Current OT license for Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the client's total plan of treatment.
• Perform visits based on listed frequency, with an opportunity to supervise and work with a COTA.
