Job summary

BrightStar Care Maple Grove & Andover is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a caring team providing in-home OT services. The OT will assess, evaluate, and develop care plans while serving clients in their homes within our territory (St. Cloud area).

A day in the life of our Occupational Therapist:

As an Occupational Therapist, (OT) you will assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment. Participate in the development of the client's total plan of treatment. Perform visits based off frequency listed, with an opportunity to supervise and work with a COTA.

BrightStar OT Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as occupational therapist
• Valid driver license and CPR
• Current OT license for Minnesota
