Vibra Healthcare in Rapid City, SD, seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver and direct OT services, including assessment, treatment, program planning and documentation under physician orders at our partner facilities across the country.

You will supervise COTA and therapy aides; travel as needed; must have BS in OT, NBCOT, state licensure, BLS, driver's license, and ability to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (Masters preferred).
• NBCOT registration and active state license.
• Current BLS certification and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services including assessment, treatment, program planning and documentation.
• Supervise COTA and Rehabilitation Aides/Techs as assigned.
