Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for its travel program. You will provide and direct OT services, including assessment, treatment planning and documentation, across assigned facilities. Supervisory duties include COTA and therapy aides.

Ideal candidate will have active NBCOT, state licensure, BLS, and a valid driver's license with ability to travel by air and ground. Rapid City, SD area assignments are available through Vibra Travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (Masters if required).
• NBCOT registered and licensed per state practice requirements.
• Current, valid, and active license per state requirements in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• Current, valid, and active driver's license.
• Ability to travel using public air and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services: assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation and documentation.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing and directing Occupational Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physicians order.

Supervises the following positions: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, where accepted. Masters degree required otherwise.
• NBCOT registered and licensed per state of practice requirements.
• Current, valid, and active license per state requirements in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• One (1) year of experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
