American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in St. George, Utah. The position is in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapy unit, with 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts, starting 09/28/2026 and lasting 13 weeks.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, at least 1 year of IRF experience, an OT license, and BLS certification. Epic EMR experience is preferred; NBCOT certification is a plus.

• Previous IRF (Inpatient Rehab) experience preferred.
• Active state Occupational Therapy license required (license required if applicable).
• BLS certification required (AHA accepted, must not expire prior to start).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Offer indirect services such as consulting, advising, teaching, and training patients and caregivers.
• Educate and train patients and caregivers on treatment plans.
• May accept assignments involving supervision of COTAs, aides, and students.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Attend clinical meetings related to patient care and clinic management.

• Returning Intermountain employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before eligibility for a travel assignment
